As the year draws to a close I felt it was appropriate to say a big thankyou to everyone for such a fantastic year, 2008 has been a year of firsts for us and our most successful to date, Belle our veteran briard came out of retirement in style to win her first of 2 RCC's this year along with 2 best veteran in shows and several first places including in the YKC stakes showing the youngsters how its done in our final year, Ricaud was however determined not to be outdone by this and has taken 3 BOB's/BAVNSC's and a BOS and became the first Pyrenean sheepdog ever to qualify for the YKC stakes final, me and Ricaud also won 3 YKC handling classes qualifying for the handling class and national show handler competiton and me and Belle qualified for the grooming competition at Crufts giving us a total of 7 classes to compete in, our thanks goes to all the judges that have thought so highly of our dogs.
We have also bred our first litter of puppies who have just left for their new homes we miss them already but know that they will be happy in their new homes with many of them set to make their debut in the show ring in 2009 so watch this space.
Last but by no means least I would like to thank all of our friends for their help and support, you have made the good times even better by sharing our successes and eased the disappointments and helped out when I couldn't be in 4 rings at once.
